Anxiety is a feeling of intense unease namely worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone tend feel anxious at some point of time in their life – for example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test, job interview, marriage and thought of losing someone.
People having anxiety often fight easily with others unknowingly as they feel to be under constant threat. Depending upon one’s condition it can lead to various physiological and psychological disorders thought to fight, if these are not addressed on time.
All anxiety is not a disease but their few signs one can look out for – if professional help is needed:
• Feeling nervous, restless or tense.
• Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.
• Having an increased heart rate.
• Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)
• Sweating.
• Trembling.
• Feeling weak or tired.
• Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry.
